Deborah is a graduate of Connecticut College with a B.A. Dance. Her school, located in Lexington, Massachusetts, offers classes for children in modern dance and creative movement, for teens in modern and street funk, and for adults in modern dance. She is Artistic Director of the acclaimed Deborah Abel Dance Company. The philosophy of the Deborah Abel School of Modern Dance is both to teach modern dance technique and to inspire creativity and self-expression in students, through creative movement for the youngest children and choreography for the older children and teens. |
